Sangi was the first company to develop Medical Hydroxyapatite (mHAP) for remineralizing enamel. The 'Royal' version contains the highest concentration of mHAP available globally. It is far superior to standard fluoride pastes for enamel repair but remains a Japanese domestic secret.
