While Pampers Swaddlers are a clinical leader in moisture wicking and leak prevention, they fail to meet the highest safety standards due to the use of Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) pulp and the inclusion of fragrances, which are identified as top skin irritants. They offer excellent performance and value but fall short of the TCF (Totally Chlorine Free) and fragrance-free gold standard.
